As a holder of EASA Part 21J Design Organisation Approval (EASA.21J.722) and General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Part 21 Design Organisation Approval (DOA/181), AES is uniquely positioned to deliver design engineering modification programs that meet both European and UAE regulatory standards. This dual capability allows the team to support a wide portfolio of minor and major approved changes across commercial and private jet aircraft, serving airlines, leasing companies, and MROs around the world.

AES’s GCAA Part 21 certification grants the organisation the authority to independently design, certify, and approve aircraft modifications and repairs on UAE-registered aircraft, a distinction that sets AES apart in the region. This capability ensures faster turnaround times, streamlined project delivery, and full regulatory compliance without reliance on external design partners.
