Crew Rest Module

8″ Doghouse Stowage
With 10kg capacity this cost- effective solution comes with a choice of paint colours or laminates. Option to include safety equipment provisions within the stowage. Supplied with installation kits, EASA approved engineering and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

End Cap Rework
Supplied with installation kits and EASA approved engineering, AES can deliver a cost-effective end cap rework solution for Boeing 737NG. With options to provide existing endcap for rework or AES can provide a reworked endcap to suit your 189Y configuration.
Low Frequency Underwater Locater Device
CAT.IDE.A.285(f) states that all aircraft with a maximum take‐off mass of over 45,000 kg operating over oceanic areas are to be fixed with the Low Frequency Underwater Locator Device.
AES has designed an EASA 21J for LF-ULD installation. By installing the Novega LF-ULD SID88 Beacon in accordance with AES instructions and information for continued airworthiness this will enable operators to meet EASA Regulations.
Supplied with installation kits and EASA approved engineering for various aircraft types including B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320, A330 and Avro RJ. Optional FAA Approval available.

Aircraft Powered W-IFE Installation
This EASA STC (10076801) applies to Airbus A320 Variants for the installation of the aircraft powered version of Bluebox Aviation System’s wireless streaming hardware platform, Bluebox Wow, which can be deployed to deliver in-flight entertainment, onboard retail and other digital services.
Utilising aircraft power eliminates the need for the logistical management of batteries whilst still offering a considerably lighter and lower-cost system than fully fitted wireless in-flight entertainment (W-IFE).
The Bluebox Wow units are delivered with Part 21G Form 1 approval and can be supplied with the associated installation kit as a total package.
189 Cabin Configuration (STC 10077620)
This generic EASA STC for Full Economy Passenger Configuration (typically 189Y) applies to the Boeing 737NG Family.
Following release of EASA Certification Memorandum CM-21.A-CS-001 Issue 02, the installation/reconfiguration of all aircraft cabins that involve 16G / 25.562 shall be considered as a Major (STC) Change.
This STC has been established to add different seat types and arrangements providing an adaptable and innovative solution.
Flight Deck USB Power
AES has developed a solution for 5-20V, 3A, 60W output, with Power Delivery (PD) USB Power for flight deck personnel. Installation is conveniently located adjacent to each flight crew, optional 3rd outlet for B737/A320/A321 is also available. We offer engineering and parts packages for B737/B747 and A320 Family aircraft types. Installation can be from an existing USB installed system or from a clean aircraft.
The Engineering package is EASA Approved and covers installation and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. Installation kits available and supplied with EASA Form 1. FAA Approval can be provided if required.
Cabin USB Power
Available for B737, A320 and A330 aircraft types, our Cabin USB Power outlet assembly can be provided under the seat, behind the seat or integrated in the seat back. The Power Supply Unit (PSU) is the same footprint as a standard SEB unit, allowing retrofit solutions simple. Output is 5-6V, 2.1A per outlet.
Full aircraft and seat installation engineering is provided, labour to fit the seat mounted hardware is also available. Installation kits are available and supplied with CAA/EASA Form 1.
Portable Emergency Locator Transmitter
Automatic Portable Emergency Locator Transmitter with non-rechargeable lithium batteries. AES offers evaluation for minor modification and modification package for all aircraft types. We provide full engineering, ETSO C142b compliant Portable ELT (Oriola), and installation kit (bracketry and placards) to meet NRLB installation requirements.
Our solution allow operators and aircraft leasing companies to achieve compliance quickly without an STC application. Minor changes for customization, cost-effectiveness, and fleet-wide adaptation.
