Boeing 737NG galley replacement

Aerospace Engineering Solutions has successfully obtained EASA approved Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for Boeing 737NG galley replacement.

Galley installations (or replacement galleys), whether driven by factors such as damage beyond economic repair, alternative arrangement needs, or operational requirements for new operators, are essential to aircraft functionality. Sometimes, operators require specific galley insert arrangements that are difficult or impossible to achieve through galley modification. In such cases, the only viable solution is to replace the unit. AES not only prepares the engineering but also provides the necessary parts, including any structural and electrical provisions. We go the extra mile, performing any associated changes in the cabin, particularly in the areas local to the galley if required. This ensures a seamless transition, even if a new G2 galley, for instance, is larger or smaller than the original unit.

Our latest STCs provide the perfect solution:

EASA STC No. 10080018 – G1 and G2 galley replacement
EASA STC No. 10080919 – G4 galley replacement
EASA STC No. 10081077 – G7 galley replacement

Aidan O’Leary, Director of Engineering – Ireland, comments:
