Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA)
Having produced passenger configurations for over 20 years we are confident in providing a service to suit your requirements. Either maximising occupancy in a defined cabin, optimising multiple fleet layouts or developing two or three class arrangements for a specific market, we can provide the complete turnkey package from feasibility to final STC approval.
Emergency Equipment Installation
Your specific compliment and location of safety equipment are necessary to meet regulatory requirements. We offer various emergency equipment mounting systems with a comprehensive installation package and EASA approved engineering.
Soft Furnishing Changes
Changes to the carpets, curtain and laminates are all possible. Adding or removing branding or introducing something new and eye-catching AES will be happy to support your requirement or provide the necessary advice.
Placards and Markings
English Only and Dual Language placard engineering packages can be developed and tailored for your aircraft or fleet. AES can also arrange the production and release with UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
Carpet and Escape Path Lighting
If you are looking for standard carpet or bespoke VIP carpet and underlay experience, AES has vast experience in both including escape path lighting installation. Cut drawings will be provided to enable off-site manufacture and production and released with UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
Cabin Interior Branding
Changing the branding appearance of the cabin interior completely changes the look and feel of the cabin. Whether you want to introduce a fleetwide brand concept or to remove branding no longer required, AES can prepare the engineering and supply the necessary materials to achieve this.
Seat Changes
AES can provide solutions with In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) removal, installation and other seat-mounted equipment. If you require upholstery changes, additional branding or USB Power we have experience in all seat changes.
Zero Passenger Configuration
AES has an AML STC for such changes for various types. STC (No.10070986) issued by EASA applies to Boeing 737 and Boeing 757 variant aircraft types and allows the operator and lessors to fly aircraft legally with a Zero passenger configuration. This STC is based on the latest EASA guidance regarding the approval of Incomplete Passenger Cabins as detailed in the proposed EASA Certification Memorandum CM-CS-010-001.
Monument Design and Installation
With our Part 21 J certification, we can design and certify various composite structures ranging from dog boxes, closets, dividers to bespoke galley monuments to meet your needs or installation of OEM or third-party monuments can be introduced. AES can arrange manufacture and release on UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
