Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA)

Emergency Equipment Installation

Placards and Markings
English Only and Dual Language placard engineering packages can be developed and tailored for your aircraft or fleet. AES can also arrange the production and release with UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
Carpet and Escape Path Lighting
If you are looking for standard or bespoke VIP carpet and underlay, AES has vast experience in both, including escape path lighting installation. Cut drawings will be provided to enable off-site manufacture and production and released with UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
Cabin Interior Branding
Changing cabin interior branding alters the look and feel. Whether introducing a fleetwide concept or removing outdated branding, AES prepares the engineering and supplies necessary to achieve this.
Seat Changes
AES provides solutions for In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) removal, installation and other seat-mounted equipment. If you require upholstery changes, additional branding, or USB Power, we have experience in all seat changes.
Zero Passenger Configuration
AES has an AML STC for such changes for various types. STC (No.10070986) issued by EASA applies to Boeing 737 and Boeing 757 variant aircraft types and allows the operator and lessors to fly aircraft legally with a Zero passenger configuration. This STC is based on the latest EASA guidance regarding the approval of Incomplete Passenger Cabins as detailed in the proposed EASA Certification Memorandum CM-CS-010-001.
Monument Design and Installation
With Part 21J certification, we can design and certify various composite structures ranging from dog boxes, closets, dividers to bespoke galley monuments. Installation of OEM or third-party monuments can be introduced. AES arranges manufacture and release on UK CAA or EASA release paperwork.
