AES undertakes the preparation of various test plans and reports. We carry out flammability testing (all Appendix F activity) and environmental testing in accordance with RTCA DO-160. We can also arrange structural/mechanical testing subject to your specific project requirements.
AES has extensive experience in preparing and witnessing all types of flammability tests in Europe and in the USA for aircraft interior products. We compile our own plans and reports including vertical and horizontal testing, 60-degree (wire), Heat Release, Smoke Density, Toxicity, Kerosene (60Cushion) test.
To ensure that electronic systems and components are safe and reliable, AES can prepare and arrange RTCA DO-160 Environmental testing for electrical component qualification. We can also develop structural test plans for cabin furnishing and seat alterations.
